Our next beginners workshop is this Sunday.
Starting at 10am, the workshop runs for a 2.5 hours and is for people with no previous experience of Pilates. This workshop is necessary as no one is permitted into a group Pilates class without having learned the basis. Without this knowledge the exercise would be ineffective and there is potential for injury. Therefore it is vital to attend a Pilates workshop before joining a class. (Alternatively you could book private lessons before joining a class.)
Pilates is a great form of exercise and, amongst other things, can benefit health, wellness and strength.
