Our class times are as follows – please note an additional new beginners session on Tuesday evenings.

11am till 12pm Pilates Sticks (Advanced)

Don’t forget that one on one training is available, which can include the Pilates reformer. You could also come along with a friend to split the cost! We also offer Pilates Sticks classes too.

Jakki trained with Europe’s leading Pilates organisation ‘Body Control Pilates®‘ based in London, of which she is a member. She is one of a few specialist Pilates teachers who appear on the Register of Exercise Professionals. The register is a national standard governing the teaching of exercise in the UK. You’re in safe hands!
