» Pilates Stick Classes

Pilates body sculpting system which offers those who are more experienced in Pilates an exciting new workout with great results. It works hand in hand along with matwork classes, as all the regular exercises are developed to challenge you further.

It is resistance based & mimics the larger Pilates machines like the Tower and the Reformer but in a class environment.

There is a maximum of 8 people in a class to allow for individual attention, 3 class tokens cost £30.00 or £11.00 per session.
